SeqOrderGFDB
ordering sequence reactions and request tracking
Create a sequencing request
Leads to a form which collects the data required to create a sequencing request. You need to fill the form completely
Links to special data entry forms (restricted access)
- GABI-Kat sequencing requests (GK input tool)
- Amplicon sequencing requests based on existing amplimers
- Amplimer definition tool
- List of sequencing requests in queue
This page lists the requests currently queueing. Probes on which SCF started to work are no longer listed. - Query SeqOrderGFDB for your sequencing requests
These pages allow to search for sequencing requests by a number of criteria. You can (should!) find only sequencing requests from your group. - Query AmplimerGFDB for your amplimers and find related sequencing requests
These pages allow to search in the AmplimerGFDB. You can (should!) find only sequencing requests from your group. - Request tracking
Provides access to the resulting data of all your requests. You can select a given request and check for details on all included reactions. Data from OligoOrderGFDB are linked for standard primers. If you provided the respective information at the time of ordering a sequence reaction, you can find the oligo which has been used as a primer for a given sequence reaction. - SeqOrder GFDB - FAQ.
